Refunds & Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, not worn or used, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or does not match the description. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@VOYAGHERSTORE.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and Problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and account for your refund as well.
